# The Now & Next board for your shop floor

**planeus TV** lets you display key production information on a screen—for example, directly in your factory or shop floor area.

Built much like an airport departure board, planeus TV is a live display screen made for factories, testing halls, and collaborative workspaces that rely on real-time information flow. 

Unlike common factory floor screens that only shows abstract percentages or KPI targets, it also shows workers a clear view of **what’s happening**,** where to go next**, which tasks have started, what’s planned, delayed, or finished.  

# What planeus TV Shows 

planeus TV rotates automatically between several screens showing:

- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Upcoming Work Steps**
- **Work Steps currently running or paused**
- **Disruptions and issues**
- **Delayed (backlogged) Work Steps**
- **Completed Work Steps**

# Setting up planeus TV

A planeus TV license lets you activate planeus TV on one device. 
:::

- Go to **Administration → planeus TV** in the menu.
- Click **New Screen** to create a new display.
- Enter:
  - A name for your screen
  - A link (this is how you’ll access the screen later)

- Set the **display duration** for each view (i.e. how long each page should stay visible before switching to the next).

# Customizing your screens



For each type of screen, you can decide:

- **How many rows** should be shown at once
- **Which fields** or details to display

For example:

- Show only 10 upcoming work steps
- Include details like resource, start time, or current status

- Work Steps with disruptions
- Overdue Work Steps
- Completed Work Steps

## Decide which Resources will be shown

Scroll down to choose which resources should appear on the TV display—for example,** limit the information only about certain machines or selected work areas.**

## Linking planeus TV to a Device 

- Click on your screen in the **planeus TV list** to open its details.
- Use the link to **connect it to the device** (e.g. the specific computer or screen on the shop floor where you want it displayed).

# Editing Your Screen

If you need to change the setup later:

- Click the **three-dot menu** in the screen’s details panel to edit your screen’s settings anytime.
