In planeus, you havefiltering tools to control what you see in the Gantt charts for both Manufacturing Planning and the Timeline View.

# Time period filter

- The Gantt chart will only show the data for the **time period** you’ve selected.
- You can set your own custom time range to focus on a specific period.

## How time period works

If a Project falls **anywhere within your selected time period**, planeus will show all its relevant Planning Objects (like Orders, Work Steps, etc.).

However:

- You’ll only see Planning Objects that overlap with your chosen time period.
- Anything outside the time range stays **hidden **unless you expand your view to include more dates.
