# How to add a new Work Step

To add a new Work Step name (e.g. Cutting, Assembly) to the system:

- Go to [Configuration](docId\:dGjLWrhMESeuQNVBZx2RP)**.**
- The click on **Object Names **to create or edit the list of selectable Work Steps.
