2 factor authentication (2fa) adds extra security to your planeus account how it works 2fa is a global setting , meaning it applies to all users in your planeus system you can enable under administration > settings > security setting up 2fa when 2fa is enabled register your account the first time you log in verify your email address during the registration process connect your account to an authenticator app (like google authenticator) to complete your 2fa setup once this is done, you’ll be ready to log in securely with 2fa make sure you save your recovery password in a safe place if you lose both your login details and your recovery password, please contact our support team
